from 254 reviewsI have only been playing with this paddle for a short time, so I am still getting used to it. I like the low swing weight for counters at the net. I like that I have control and enough power on my drives and serves. I like the control for my resets.
It plays well, a good combination of power and control.
The new surface grips the ball nicely. I use spin on a lot of my serves and it's working great for that.
The control is definitely there and it gives me enough power for the game that I play.
I do my best to play a well rounded game and this paddle covers all the bases.
The new Rogue3 is so much lighter than the Rogue2, and I have increased the speed and control of my serves and shots. Excellent addition to the Rogue line!
I couldn't find a blemish anywhere on the paddle.
I have loved my Rouge2 Carbon Hybrid for some time and was skeptical that this Rouge3 would be better. I was wrong! Better balance and overall feel for the ball is the result with the Rouge3. My Rouge2 is still going strong, so I expect the 3 to last as long. Good job Players!
The cover seems to be the part of my order. Paddle seems way to light.
Cover fits nice and looks great. I do wish there were more color options but it's about protection not aesthetics.
I've been using Players paddles since the very beginning when you could customize build your own. The Rogue3 is once again another top quality addition from the paddle to the packaging. I tried the paddle yesterday. I'm not sure how it compares to my Rogue2 advanced gel quite yet. It did however have good power and touch.
Light, power and control all in one paddle. I have two other Rouge paddles. This is the first elongated one. It gives me just a little more reach. Keep up the great work.
I love the feel of this paddle. I feel like it gives me good control while still packing some punch on power shots. I am very happy with it.
I suffer from tennis elbow, so I tried the Rouge 2 paddle—and it completely resolved my elbow issues. Naturally, when the Rouge 3 was announced, I jumped at the chance to get one, especially since I focus on spin and the Rouge 3 is built for it.
The spin is phenomenal. I’m getting more rotation on the ball, which forces additional errors on serves and returns. To fine-tune the paddle further, I added 3 grams of weight near the lower edges on each side, which helped reduce twist.
