Return Policy

Players Pickleball stands behind every paddle we sell and we understand that different players have different preferences. If you are convinced your paddle just won't work for you, we offer a 30-day return policy on our paddles. If you don't like your paddle after receiving it:

  • Notify us by email that you'd like to initiate a return - info@playerspickleball.com.
  • When approved, we'll email you a return shipping label.
  • Box your paddle and apply the shipping label, then drop it off at a shipping center.
  • Once we receive the paddle, we'll inspect it for signs of abuse or abnormal damage.
  • If the paddle is in good condition, we'll refund you the full purchase price minus the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
